Palmira's Municipal Administration seeks the general welfare and quality-of-life improvement for its inhabitants, prioritizing vulnerable populations, sustainable territorial development and strengthening the State-citizen relationship through science, technology and innovation.

The technology team and territorial planning undersecretary identified a critical challenge affecting city hall operations: their on-premise datacenter suffered frequent outages due to power issues, causing municipal application downtime.
