Before its cloud journey, it ran on free software, faced data losses across public and private sector clients, and struggled with decentralized critical information that hurt decision making and corporate credibility.

Initial data control in Excel sheets (2014), then in basic open-source tooling — too limited for KPIs or robust tracking.
